Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to authorize the County Judge to execute a support letter for the City of Georgetown’s application on their IH-35 SBFR project for the CAMPO 2019-2022 Project Call.

The City of Georgetown has requested a letter from Williamson County supporting their application for the current CAMPO call.  The County is also a co-sponsor of this project, which includes realigning the southbound frontage road of IH 35, ramp relocations, and modifications to the overpass and roadway at Southwest Bypass to allow eastbound traffic on the Southwest Bypass to continue under IH 35 to the Inner Loop.  TxDOT is also a co-sponsor of this project, and has committed a 20% match.
