Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of historical document preservation in the amount of $66,543.00 from Kofile Technology per Interlocal Agreement between Brazoria County, Texas and Williamson County to support the operation of the County Clerk's Office.
Background
This purchase is to preserve historical documents for the Williamson County Clerk's Office. Funding for this project was is coming out of the Rcds Archive Fund. Please see attached paperwork.
