Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number IFB 1708-182, in the amount of $36,500.00 for water line relocation on the River Road and Old Windmill Road improvements.
Background
This Change Order involves the relocation of an Aqua water line that is in conflict with roadway improvements. Bid items were included in the bid documents in anticipation of conflicts between the water line and roadway improvements, but field conditions did not match what was recorded on as-builts as to size of the valves, fittings and pipes.
