Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on exempting the purchase of two (2) new dual-purpose police canines from Hill Country Dog Center from the competitive bidding or proposal requirements pursuant to Section 262.024(a)(2) of the Texas Local Government Code, and finding that purchase supports the health and safety operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
Background
Funding for this purchase will come from the Sheriffs' Office Seized Funds budget.
