Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1710-200 for 9-1-1 Consulting to the best overall respondent Mission Critical Partners, LLC. and authorizing execution of the service contract.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for 9-1-1 Consulting Services. At the end of the solicitation period, we received 5 responsive proposals from the 100+ invitations sent out with 120 viewed by potential proposers. After initial evaluation by the selected evaluation committee, 4 vendors were brought in for interviews. The interviews were held before the evaluation committee after which the committee voted and decided unanimously to award the contract to Mission Critical Partners. This contract will be in the amount of $71,328.00 to be funded from 01.0100.0409.004100 in which $100,000.00 was budgeted in FY18 for these services.
