This agreement includes a Volunteer Management and Tracking Database for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, Password protected Volunteer Portal, Volunteer Profile, Volunteer Directory, Volunteer Event Registration/Shift Signup, Volunteer Recurring Shift Self Registration, Volunteer Position Management, Form Builder, Phone App, Mass email integration,
Newsletters, Volunteer Opportunity Queue, Intake Management for New Volunteer Prospects, Online Payment for Application Fees, Volunteer Hours Tracker, Cheetah Track - Kiosk and Event Attendance Tracker, Reports, Data Import Tool for Initial Volunteer Data Load, Digital Cheetah Domain Management, Administrative User Training, Notes. The one-time $495 fee for the Volunteer Management System covers configuration and setup of the system, Volunteer Portal, Import of Historical Data (Contact Information and Service Hours) and Administrative Web-based Training. The $200 monthly fee covers maintenance, support, hosting & product upgrades for Volunteer Management System. This will be funded from account line 01.0545.004505, Software Maintenance budgeted for FY2018.
