Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Phase II between Williamson County and Jackson & Ryan Architects, Inc., for additional services relating to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project.
Background
This is for a re-design by the A/E Team and includes a re-submittal to the City of Georgetown due to line of site issues at the new south entrance driveway and the Inner Loop Road, and due to turn-around requirements for emergency vehicles which would not have direct egress to the Inner Loop Road.
