Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 3 month extension to the current Comprehensive Onsite Service Agreement for HeartStart MRX patient care monitors to support Williamson County EMS operations.
Background
In October 2017 Philips Medical entered into a consent decree with the FDA which prevented Philips Medical form providing services on patient care monitors. The current service agreement expired on 12/31/2017. Philips Medical is proposing to extend the current agreement until March 31st, at no cost, in order to provide time to revise the pricing on a new service contract. WilCo legal has reviewed the attached extension document.
