Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Advanced Productivity agreement between Pethealth and Williamson County for additional services, to support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, in the amount of $2,500 annually and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This advanced productivity agreement is to add additional features to the PetPoint software the Animal Shelter is currently utilizing. PetPoint is an Application Service Provider developed for the animal welfare industry to support shelter and animal care operations. This software is delivered over the internet instead of being installed on a local computer or server.   All WCRAS animal and customer records as well as monetary receipting is currently facilitated by shelter staff through Petpoint.  This service also auto-uploads all animal photos to the shelter website allowing public viewing for adoption and lost pet retrieval. This added upgrade will allow file storage onto each animal record with external documents (rabies certificates, x-rays, external vet or trainer notes).  It also includes enhanced calendar and foster scheduling capabilities with automatic emailed reminders.   Funding source is 01.0545.003011, FY2018 budget.
