Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Mtech and Williamson County for RTU Replacement at the Williamson County Juvenile Facility in the amount not to exceed $75,000.00 pursuant to TIPS contract #1032615.
Background
Mtech will disconnect and remove (5) rooftop units, provide and install (5) new rooftop units with matching capacity and perform work to satisfy the completion of the project. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.1045.005300 which was approved as a capital improvement for FY2018.
