Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Kitchen and Plumbing Remodel Project; P411, Change Order # 5 from STR Constructors, LTD. in the amount of $83,476.43 for additional electrical work associated with ASI # 3, and additional plumbing work in the main North Jail plumbing chases. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.
Background
This change order is to fund items of work that are necessary for the installation of the new appliance package, which were not included in the original scope of work, and to add isolation valves in all plumbing chases to help facilitate future maintenance and repair.
