Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2017 Capital Improvement Program Budget Transfer to move $23,694 from Cedar Park Annex Building (P452) to DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Project (P472).
Background
This transfer is necessary to make funds available for costs associated with a change order in the amount of $23,744. The DAS project P472 is currently funded in 2018 Capital Improvement Program. Cedar Park Annex P452 has net project funds available in the amount of $840,252.13, and is not needed per facilities.
