Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an amendment to the Emergency Reporting Service Contract between Reporting Systems Inc. d/b/a emergencyreporting.com and Williamson County for Emergency Reporting, with the amended prorated total of $2,427 for the first year and $2,616 for subsequent years if renewed, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Amendment to original agreement approved in Commissioners Court on March 27, 2018 under agenda item #34 includes upgraded software and set up fee. New requirement was identified after execution of original contract. The originally approved amount for the first year was $1,723. The amendment will add an additional $704, resulting in a total pro-rated cost of $2,427. The originally approved amount for the second year was $1,848. The amendment will add an additional $768, totaling the cost to $2,616. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0542.003011. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget. Please contact Marty Herrin in case of questions.
