Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on setting of the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 in relation to the Williamson County Health Care Participation Program and establish how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent in accordance with the  Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code and the Williamson County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures.
