Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Tesoro Section 1 subdivision - Pct 2.
Background
This is the first section of the Tesoro development. It consists of 45 single family lots and 5,083 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a bond in the amount of $10,000 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
