Discuss, consider and take appropriate action authorizing the County Judge to sign a Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the City of Cedar Park and the YMCA of Greater Williamson County for shared use path construction and maintenance.
Background
The City of Cedar Park is managing a project to construct an eight foot wide shared use path of approximately 200 feet connecting the restrooms at Twin Lakes Park to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail. The project will better serve the residents of the City and the County and visitors to Twin Lakes Park. The YMCA will maintain the path once constructed.
