Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Phase 1 development. It consists of 68 single family lots, 2 open space lots and 1,124 feet of new public roads. There are also 2,600 feet of new privately maintained roads that will be maintained by the Homeowners Association. Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.
