Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Aggregate contract 1704-154, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of May 09, 2018 - May 08, 2019, with Vulcan Construction Materials.

Background

The Road and Bridge department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflected the Vendor met our requirements on this Contract, and requests to renew for the first renewal period. This was included and approved in the FY18 budget under line item 01.0200.0210.003556.
