Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Champion Park Shade and Post Removal and Installation Service Contract between USA Shade & Fabric Structures and Williamson County in the amount of $20,479.00, pursuant to Buy Board contract # 512-16, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This service is for the Williamson County Champion Park picnic area shade and post removal and installation. The services provided include the disposal of existing fabric, removal of 2 posts, installation of 2 new posts and installation of new fabric. The department point of contact is Terry Roberts. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0510.005300. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
