Background
This is the next section of the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development. It consists of 69 single family lots, 2 open space lots, and 3,083 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $135,168.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
