Discuss, consider, and take any appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the DB Wood at SH 29 project, a Road Bond project in Commissioner Precinct 3.
Background
The DB Wood at SH 29 project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of Unintech Consulting Engineers Inc., the Design Engineer, to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
