Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of the contract 1705-163 with Industrial Asphalt and Aggregate, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for Aggregates for Surface Treatments, as awarded in original bid, for the term of June 06, 2018 - June 05, 2019.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. The Road and Bridge department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflects that the vendor met all County requirements on this Contract, and requests to renew for the first renewal period. This was approved on the FY18 budget under line item 01.0200.0210.003556.
