Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Public Utility and Access Easement Agreement between Williamson County, as Grantor, and Jonah Water SUD, as Grantee, for water services to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center.
Background
To provide water service to the new Williamson County SOTC Building, it is necessary to extend the existing Jonah water line further East along Chandler Road. This requires an easement on Williamson County property that starts at the West end of the County property and extends East to the SOTC driveway.
