Background
This Change Order provides for the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities for the items paid for by Williamson County. Changes to the final quantities were the result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. The Change Order provides for the underrun of Item WC-106 (Wire Fencing); the plans called for wire fencing where the School Bus Transportation Facility had already placed a chain-link security fence.
