Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action of approving the service agreement between ComplianceLine, LLC and Williamson County for use of their database in the amount of $1,150.00, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Williamson County EMS is a participating Medicare and Medicaid provider of health care/ambulance transport services.  As such, health care providers receiving funding from Federal health care programs must determine if potential or current employees or contract vendors are excluded from employment/contracting. Williamson County EMS seeks to contract for Health Care Sanction Screening Checks. Williamson County EMS will submit individual names manually for pre-employment screening and ongoing batch file checks once per month. Vendor will return any potential positive names not ruled out as well as individual proof of each employee/contract vendor monthly check.The department point of contact is Beth Jones. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0540.004100. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
