Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Memorandum of Understand (MOU) and Business Associate Agreement with Bluebonnet Trails Community Services and Williamson County.
Background
WCCHD has lost some staff with expertise in the Medicaid 1115 Transformation Waiver and required DSRIP reporting. To help ensure success of the County's DSRIP Jail Diversion project, Bluebonnet Trails Community Services has agreed to provide up to four (4) hours per week of communication and consultation services to review and analyze reporting measures and progress of project. There will be no charge to the County for four (4) hours per week. Anything over four hours will be billed at $50.00 per hour.
