Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Transportation Corridor D Planning (also referred to as the Ronald Reagan Blvd. Extension (IH35 to SH95) Project). Twelve (12) responses were received and evaluated by an evaluation committee. Three (3) respondents were selected for interviews before the evaluation committee. The evaluation committee is recommending award to Halff Associates Inc as they were selected most qualified by the committee to perform the services requested in the RFQ. A contract has been negotiated with Halff in the maximum amount of $1,500,000.00. Funding source will be P238 under the 2016 Road Bond Program.
