Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving updates to the Employee Policy Manual.
Background
Updates include clarification of sick leave use parameters, leave payment upon termination of employment, worker's compensation reporting requirements, FMLA leave use types and Sick Leave Pool qualification. Additionally, final updates to the salary study market group are included. Updates are reflected in red print in the attached draft Employee Policy Manual.
