Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB # 1804-226 Commercial Fans for the Williamson County Exposition Center to the only responsive bidder Kiser Arena Specialists and authorizing execution of the Services Contract.
Background
Purchasing solicited bids for Commercial Fans for the Expo Center. Eighteen (18) vendors viewed the IFB and one (1) vendor responded. After reviewing the bid submitted, the Expo Center determined that Kiser Arena Specialists were responsive and are recommending award to Kiser in the amount of $33,615.66. Funding source 01.0100.0510.005300.
