Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Grants Management Request Questionnaire.

Over the past years, various departments have come to the court requesting grant applications be approved with, sometimes, little or no background information to support the request.  This questionnaire would better provide information needed to assist the court in determining whether or not to move forward with grant application submittal.  Our office would envision this form be required with any grant request submitted on the agenda going forward.  Attached is the scanned document, however, final form is in a Sharepoint electronic format.
