Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on issuing a Notice of Termination to U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement to terminate the Intergovernmental Services Agreement (IGSA) between Williamson County, Texas and U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement relating to the T. Don Hutto Facility to be effective January 31, 2019; along with also issuing a Notice of Termination to CoreCivic, Inc. (formerly known as Corrections Corporation of America) terminating the Agreement Between Williamson County, Texas and CoreCivic, Inc. relating to services being provided by CoreCivic, Inc. pursuant to the IGSA at the T. Don Hutto Facility, with such termination being effective January 31, 2019.
