Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a change to the terms and conditions of the contract with Geopliant, Crisistrack software.
Background
This change will upgrade the current software to a full emergency management version, to allow for incident management components. It will also allow for the performance period to adjust from July to June to a period of November to October to better align with the county budget cycle.
