Discuss, consider, and take any appropriate action to approve change order to agreement between Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC and Williamson County under BuyBoard contract # 482-15 (originally approved 5/22/18, agenda item #66). The change order results in a reduction of price from $150,096.76 to $149,787.76.
 

During the project kickoff meeting and review, several items were discovered to be needing replacement or upgrade. Because of the time that has elapsed from the initial request (May 2017) and the actual project start date, these items were not originally recognized as needing replacement. The decision was made to alter the scope of the project through removing room scheduling enhancements and going in and making core system replacements and upgrades. By doing this work now, we avoid needing to do "end-of-life" replacements in the next few years. It is more cost effective to do these core system replacements/upgrades now.
