Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Crocker Crane Rentals, LP and Williamson County for crane services in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,780.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County Road and Bridge Department is renting a 50 ton crane for unloading precast box culverts at the Central Maintenance Facility. Although the not-to-exceed amount of this agreement is $4,780, the department is only requesting 18 hours of service at this time in the amount of $3,610. The department point of contact is Jeff Ivey. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0200.0210.004620. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
