Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a authorized user agreement with Have Not Films for filming in the historic jail , 312 S Main St., Georgetown, Texas, on July 27, 28 and 29 from 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Background
Have Not Films has viewed the historic jail and is interested in filming there for three days for a fee of $300. They understand that they will be paying a facilities employee to stay with them at all times since the building is unoccupied, and the fee for that person is $45.20/hour. They anticipate filming for 13 hours per day for a total of $1,762.80 for personnel. Money will be refunded for any time not used.
