Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 14 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of $260,559.00 to approve the use of existing funds in the GMP Contract and additional funding within the project for the finish-out of Room # 226, the large meeting space. This change order is being funded by a combination of buyout and allowance savings and Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.

Background

Change order for the finish-out of Room # 226 which was originally designed to be unfinished shell space until a designation was made for the use of the room.
