Background
This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $1,220,169.96. Change Orders #1 and #2 increased contract amount to $1,261,882.74. With the addition of this change order, of -$16,843.07, final contract amount will be $1,245,039.67.
