Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Kitchen and Plumbing Remodel Project; P411, Change Order # 12 from STR Constructors, LTD. in the amount of $52,070.65 to approve funding for the emergency Jail water line flood damage repair. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.
Background
This change order is to fund items of work that are necessary for the repair of flood damage to the North Jail that occurred from the plumbing leak. This is initially being funded out of P411 and is expected to be reimbursed through the subcontractor insurance claim.
