Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to include approving the Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement with St. David's Healthcare Partnership, individually and serving as the agent for its hospitals, St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, St. David's North Austin Medical Center, St. David's South Austin Medical Center , and St. David's Medical Center for the Williamson County Local Provider Participation Fund.
Background
These affiliation agreements are necessary in the event that the County would want to send Intergovernmental Transfer for any of St. David's facilities from the Local Provider Participation Fund.
