Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting the resignation of Landy Warren as one of the two Williamson County directors serving on the governing body of the Lone Star Regional Water Authority; and appointing Hollis Bone to serve in place of him for a three year term commencing effective September 1, 2018 and continuing thereafter until September 1, 2021.
Background
Hollis Bone was nominated by Commissioner Larry Madsen. He will be filling the vacancy left by Landy Warren who resigned effective July 25, 2018. His term would have expired on September 1, 2018, leaving a vacant seat. Mr. Bone has the financial background and overall business experience needed to serve on the Board.
