Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on supplanting and replacing the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between Williamson County, Texas and A Greater Austin Development Co. relating to the San Gabriel Ranch Road Bridge Project, which was previously approved by the Williamson County Commissioners Court at its Regular Session on September 18, 2018, with that certain agreement entitled Standard Form of Agreement by and between Williamson County, Texas and A Greater Austin Development Co.

After approval and execution of the original agreement, it was determined that the format of the original agreement was not applicable to the type of construction to be performed.  This item supplants and replaces the original agreement with a new form of agreement that is more applicable to roadway construction.
