Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding agreement with Charter Communications Operating, LLC d/b/a Spectrum for internet services at 321 Ed Schmidt Blvd, Suite 200 (Commissioner Pct 4 office).
Background
This agreement is for internet service at the new Commissioner Precinct 4 office in Hutto. This is budgeted as well as on state contract and replaces the current service at the Hutto Annex. Legal would like to note that the vendor is not willing to modify their contract to County standards. However we have limited options from internet providers and the service is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled anytime.
