Background
This is for the purchase of a Gradall D154 Discovery Series Excavator, including freight for Road and Bridge through the BuyBoard Cooperative Contract #515-16. Jeff Ivey/Ron Roberts are the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to 01-0200-0210-005711. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget
