Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number IFB 1704-157, in the amount of -$21,129.08 for Ronald Reagan Blvd overlay from FM 3405 to RM 2338.

Background

This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $1,175,169.94. With the addition of this change order, of -$21,129.08, final contract amount will be $1,154,040.86. The negative change order is the result of less emulsion being used due to a less porous pavement surface and less water needed for re-vegetation due to more precipitation than expected.
