Background
This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $86,166.00. With the addition of this change order, of -$3,964.73, final contract amount will be $82,201.27. This negative change order is the result of changes in material quantities that were used.
