Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Crushed Granite contract #1711-196 with Heartland Quarries, LLC, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of December 5, 2018 - December 4, 2019.
Background
Road & Bridge Department has submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflects that the vendor met all requirements on contract and are requesting renewal. Funding source for this requirement is in the FY19 Budget under Base and Stabilizer 200.210.003551.
