Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Kronos and Williamson County for professional services in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,085.00, pursuant to US Communities cooperative agreement #14-JLR-003, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Kronos will provide professional services to upgrade Williamson County's existing on-premise Workforce Central Solution from v6.3 to v8.1. The end of life for support for v6.3 is 12.31.2018. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
