Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order # 66 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of $108,340.00 to approve funding from within the existing contract for earthwork, utilities and asphalt for alternate # 3 Fuel Station based on ASI-039 and ASI-042 and to receive credit for work associated with striping at Building G. This change order is to be credited to the Owners Contingency and funded by Buyout Savings.
Background
This change order is to approve the use of funds that are already inside of the GMP contract to fund earthwork, utility and asphalt scopes of work that are necessary for the completion of the project based on the original design and Architecture Supplemental Instruction #’s 039 and 042. The striping scope credit will be credited to the Owners contingency.
