Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 15RFP108 between Williamson County and Infax, Inc. in the amount of $20,610.00 for new hardware and to relocate existing docketing software for Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 and authorizing execution of the change order.
Background
This change order is to have the current Infax docketing software moved to the new office of the Justice of the Peace, PCT 3. Their existing monitors and controllers are out of warranty and will be replaced as well. Point of contact is DeAnna Saucedo. Funding source P325.
