Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Kitchen and Plumbing Remodel Project; P411, Change Order # 13 from STR Constructors, LTD. in the amount of $76,775.42 to approve funding for emergency Jail wastewater line repairs throughout the S.O. Administration ceiling. This change order is being funded out of the Jail Remodel Project funds.
Background
This change order is to fund items of work that are necessary for the repair and replacement of wastewater lines that had become a health risk to S.O. Staff due to constant reoccurring leaks from the permanently clogged and corroded cast iron piping in the ceiling above office space.
